I was so, so sorry to hear of Cecil’s passing. I worked with Cecil for many years. He always had a smile wherever you saw him. He was a good fellow and worker. He loved his job. Cecil was never a complainer. He was ready to help anyone with anything they needed done, whatever it might be. Cecil will be missed by his many friends and co-workers. He would sometimes talk about retiring. I told Cecil to work as long as he could, because he would not be happy without enough to keep him busy. I believe he did just that by working his last Friday before leaving this world. I know his family has lots of good memories. He loved his family with all his heart. You all have my sympathy. I will miss Cecil. Take care Mary Ann.
