Jeffrey “Jeff” Stevens, age 63, of Tateville, Kentucky, passed from this life on Saturday, July 18, 2026 at his home.
Jeff was born on February 5, 1963 to Thomas Stevens and Maudie Branum Stevens in Somerset, Kentucky.
He attended Mt. Union Baptist Church. He enjoyed working outdoors, watching westerns, and restoring old cars.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Sandra Stevens.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his sons: Matt Stevens (Britany) of Somerset, Ky; Shane Stevens (Deatra) of Nancy; Josh Stevens also of Somerset; brothers: Thomas “Buddy” Stevens, Don Stevens, and Rodney Stevens all of Tateville, Ky; grandchildren: Tori Stevens, Colt Stevens, Melia Stevens, and Aria Stevens, Dezeray Jones, Danielle Jones and William Jones; along with a host of family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 22, 2026 at 6pm in the Southern Oaks Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026 at 11am with Bro. Perry Dobbs officiating. Burial will follow in Burnside Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital or Shriners Hospital.
