Sharon Kaye Jones, age 71, of Ferguson, Kentucky, passed from this life on Friday, July 10, 2026 at her home.
Sharon was born on May 24, 1955 Albany, Kentucky.
She was an avid member of Ferguson Methodist Church. She enjoyed riding motorcycles and flowers. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University as an Kentucky State CPS Social Worker.
Sharon was preceded in death by her parents, Jim Long and Eva Witham. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her husband, Steve Jones, her son David Tallent and grandson Trent Tallent all of Somerset, Ky.
In accordance with Sharon’s wishes there will be no services at this time. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
