Wanda Sue Troxtell born December 29, 1951 and died August 29, 2026. Daughter of Grant Howard and Rilda (New) Daffron. She was married for 38 years to Joe H. Troxtell. Her beloved golden retriever, Jenny. All of whom precedes her in passing. Remaining is her very best friend and sister in Christ, Carla K. Godbey, who will miss her greatly. All other family members are either deceased or very distant in relationship.
Wanda was a brilliant lady who worked for Bonded Oil, Mercy Hospital and Dr. Ingzinger in Ohio. Last but not least, she and her husband owned and operated J&W Auto and Truck Repair, until his passing.
As a young girl, Wanda played many musical instruments, piano, organ, accordion, and guitar. She had a beautiful voice as well. She sang and played at numerous churches, tent revival, singings, and homecoming events. Her gifts were God given and to whom she gave the glory. She now will use those gifts in heaven with all her loved ones. Most of all, she was ready and looked forward to seeing her Lord and Savior, who she adored.
Thanks to all of those who tried to make her last moments on earth as comfortable as possible.
Graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 2:30pm at Ferncliff Cemetery in Springfield, Ohio.
