Kendra Brooke Carver, age 36, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed from this life on Saturday, October 31, 2026.
Kendra was born on August 26, 1990 to Donnie Ray Carver and Carolyn Sue (Baker) DeHart in
Corbin, Kentucky.
She loved sketching, drawing, music, and was very artistic. Most of all, she loved spending time with family and friends.
Kendra was preceded in death by her father, Donnie Ray Carver. She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her mother, Caroly DeHart, her son Drake Sky Carver both of Somerset; sisters: Angela (Gilbert) Vaughn of London, Ky and Kristi Lester of Somerset; niece Haylie Buchanan and nephews: Aaron Vaughn, Tyler Vaughn, and Zachary Payne; along with a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, cousin, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 5, 2026 from 11am-2pm in the Southern Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with a funeral service to begin at 2pm with Bro. Tim Roark officiating. Burial will follow in Bakers Cemetery in Keavy, Kentucky.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Kendra Carver Monument Fund. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Kendra Brooke Carver.
