Judy Woolery, age 69 of Somerset, Kentucky, passed from this life on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
She was born on July 3, 1957 in Dayton, Ohio, daughter of the late Birble and Virginia Crowder Woolery. She enjoyed shopping and collecting Disney and Elvis memorabilia. Judy was very proud of her time and career working at Disney World in Florida. She was of the Christian faith and will be sadly missed by all who knew and loved her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a sister, Connie Lee Fidler; and the great love of her life, Bobby Stepp.
She is survived by brothers, Paul Michael Woolery of Dallas, TX and Gary Kenneth Woolery of San Francisco, CA; her twin sister, Janet (Richard) Vaught of Somerset, Verda (Jerry) Bocock of Dayton, OH and Sharon Handegard of NC; nieces, Judy Clark, Angela (Jesse) Lemke; great-nieces and nephews, Belle, Kailey, Cody, Ethan, Sierra, Liam, Jason, J.J. and a slew of others including numerous great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026 at Southern Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home. Burial will be in Science Hill Cemetery.
