Gracelyn Gail Price, infant daughter of Chrislyn Decker and Justin Price, passed from this life on Monday, September 14, 2026.
Gracelyn was born on May 9, 2026 in Somerset, Kentucky.
She was a very loving and happy baby girl, that always had a smile on her face. She adored her brothers and sisters, and most definitely, she was a mommy’s girl. She will be forever missed by her family.
She was preceded in death by maternal great-grandparents: Benny Goff and Dorothy Dowden, and paternal great-grandparents: Doris and Clyde Farmer.
Gracelyn leaves behind to cherish her sweet memory, her parents, Chrislyn Decker and Justin Price, maternal grandparents, Bobby Goff, Norman Decker, and Mark “Poppy” Walters, paternal grandparents Kimberly Price, brothers Connor and Braxton Price, sisters Kynslee McFarland and Timberlynn Price, aunts Madison Decker and Adrian (Craig) Castle, uncles: Dustin Burdine, Jordan Price and Shane Walters, cousins: Avery Weiand, Braylee Burdine, Harper Jo Castle, Trinity Castle, Jaxon Price and Khloe Price.
Private family services will be held at Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Christian Welch officiating. Burial will follow in Southern Oaks Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Gracelyn Gail Price Memorial Fund C/O Southern Oaks Funeral Home. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements.
