Leda Benge, age 87, of London, Kentucky, formerly of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed from this life on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at Laurel Heights Senior Living Communities.
She was born on July 4, 1939, the daughter of the late, Claude and Lela Randall.
She was a housewife, homemaker, and was of the Baptist faith.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son Jeff and Rayna Benge of Somerset; her daughter, Gina and James Hines of Science Hill, Ky; three grandchildren: Brian Boutillier-Hines, Dustin Hines, and Amanda Benge; three great-grandchildren: Kevin Boutillier, Westyn Boutlillier, and Kierstyn Steele.
Along with her parents, Leda was preceded in death by her husband, Elbert Gene Benge, a son, Christopher Benge, a daughter Jacqueline Benge Price, and a grandson, Kevin Price.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 11, 2026 from 1pm-3pm in the Southern Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with a funeral service to begin at 3pm with Bro. Ferlin Price officiating. Burial will follow in West Somerset Cemetery.
