David Michael Vanhoosier, age 72, of Bronston, Kentucky, passed from this life on Sunday, August 23, 2026 at UK Healthcare in Lexington, Kentucky.
David was born on June 25, 1954 to the late David Luther Vanhoosier and Mollie P. Renner in Somerset, Kentucky.
He attended Quinton Baptist Church. He enjoyed fishing and being with his family.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife, Sharon Vanhoosier of Bronston; son Adam Vanhoosier (Daphne) of Somerset; sisters: Becky Todd also of Somerset and Donna Bunch Chappel of Florida.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 28, 2026 from 2pm-3pm in the Southern Oaks Funeral Home Chapel with a funeral service to begin at 3pm with Bro. Donnie Bunch officiating. Burial will follow in Southern Oaks Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Quinton Baptist Church.
