Patricia Ann Seymour, age 84, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed from this life on Tuesday, May 30, 2026 at Jean Waddle Care Center.
Patricia was born on December 3, 1941 in Paris, Kentucky, to the late Joe Prather and Sally Hatton Buzzard.
She was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed gardening, canning, cooking, dancing, singing Patsy Cline karaoke, and being with family, especially her grandchildren. She loved fishing and the outdoors.
Along with her parents, Patricia was preceded in death by her husband, Carl E. Seymour, brother, Charles Prather, and sister, Inez Matlock.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her daughters: Katrina Pinson (Ronny Michael) of Somerset; stepson David Seymour of Amherst, OH and stepdaughter Pamela Seymour of Lorain, OH; brothers: Richard Buzzard of Dayton, OH and Matt Stith (Shirley) of OH; grandchildren: Jamie Nichols, Andrew Nichols, Hannah Altair, great-grandchildren: Jade Nichols, Jayla Nichols, and Kaleb Nichols.
Family will plan a graveside service at a later date. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Patricia Ann Seymour.
