Jeffrey C. Bailey, age 70 of Somerset, Kentucky, passed from this life on Monday, May 11, 2026 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
He was born on November 10, 1955 in Grantsville, West Virginia, son of the late Basil and Janet Brannon Bailey. Jeffrey retired from the Casey County School System where he worked as a bus driver. He enjoyed hunting, working on all things electronic, and was known as the “fix it guy”. He loved his faithful dog, “Willie”, but most of all he loved and cherished his family, especially his grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by his sons, Trent Bailey (Danielle) of Livermore, KY and Trevor Bailey (Hilda) of Somerset, KY; sisters, Ruby Grau (David) of Walhonding, OH and Loretta Heath (David) of West Salem, OH; grandchildren, Samantha Bailey, Oliver Bailey, Lydia Bailey, and Caleb Bailey.
At his request, there will be no funeral service.
