Steven Scott Spradlin, age 44, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed from this life on Thursday, March 26, 2026 at Good Samaritan Hospital in Lexington, Kentucky.
Steven was born on April 5, 1981 to Ronnie Spradlin and Pamela Davis Troxell in Germany.
He loved the outdoors, riding side by sides, and loved his daughter, Ariel
Steven was preceded in death by his father, Ronnie Spradlin, maternal grandparents: Eddie and Wilma Chriswell and paternal grandparents: Ronald and Glenda Spradlin.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his wife Tracy Spradlin, daughter Ariel Spradlin, stepson Damien Bradley, stepdaughter Felicity Bradley, brother Micheal Spradlin (Kimberly) of Whitley City, Ky;
nephews Kaden Spradlin and Michael Spradlin Jr., niece Madison Spradlin Lee, aunts: Donna Wilson of Muncie, IN; Kimberly Davis of Fort Oglethorpe, BA; Patricia McCreery of Muncie, IN; Sandy Spradlin of Whitley City; and uncle Ronnie Chriswell also of Muncie, IN.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 from 12pm-2pm in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a memorial service to begin at 2pm with Bro. Terry Matlock officiating.
