Janet Sue Gosser Wilson, 78 of Ingle, Kentucky went to be with the Lord February 18, 2026.  She was born on April 2, 1948 to Ernest A. and Lucy H. Gosser in Ingle, Kentucky.  

Janet was a beautician early in life and later went to Somerset Community College for social work.  Being creative, she enjoyed decorating her home.  She had a soft heart for all dogs and cats.  She was saved at an early age and was a faithful member of Cedar Point Baptist Church.  Janet’s family and friends were loved and cherished by her.  

Janet was preceded in death by her Dad, Ernest A. Gosser and Mom, Lucy H. Roy Gosser, her brother Dale Gosser and sister, JoJo Hill, her husband, Rod Wilson.  

She leaves behind two nieces, Penny Wilson and Cheri Ratliff (David), a great niece Shelby Gray (Chase) and a great nephew Zachary Stewart, a great great nephew and niece, Hunter and Hannah and many other beloved family members.  

Visitation will begin at 11:am on Tuesday February 24, 2026 at Southern Oaks Funeral Home.  Funeral services are at 1:00 pm at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor Tyler Ford.  Burial will follow at Mill Springs National Cemetery after the service.
