Cheryl “Cheri” Bilby, born in Manhattan Beach, California, passed away peacefully in her sleep on February 1, 2026, at her home in Somerset, Kentucky.
Cheri was preceded in death by her ex-husband and Father of her children, Duane Bilby by her husband, Donald “Donnie” Tindall; her daughter, Kimberly Kay Seabolt; her parents, Jack Logan and Vivian Verambeck; and her brother, Richard Mark Lance.
She is survived by her loving children, David Bilby (Amy) and Christopher Bilby (Donnelle); her sister, Donna Lance; her cherished grandchildren, Kristina, Kara, Ally, Miranda, Brandon C. (Sarahi), Brandon S. (Nicole), Charlesse (Beau), Eric, Kyle, and Conner; her great-grandchildren, Leyla, Alexander, and Luxanna; her best friend, Linda Dalton, who was more like a sister; and her beloved dog, Sophie.
Cheri enjoyed a successful career as a manager of several ophthalmology stores, where her dedication, professionalism, and warm demeanor left a lasting impression on colleagues and patients alike. She will also be remembered for her love of crafting, creating many beautiful quilts for her family to cherish—tangible pieces of her love that will be treasured for generations. Cheri touched countless lives and will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who were fortunate to know her
Cheri you were such an awesome friend u were always there for me and my husband. If I needed to talk or my husband needed to vent. And you knew how I felt about my life and how I was miserable. I love you so much. I calledyou the day before you passed and the day of I had a feeling u were gone, I don’t know how, but I got that phone call and I was shocked but glad bc I knew you were with Donnie and our lord Jesus christ. RIP my friend I miss u
