William Everett Rose age 59, of Somerset, Kentucky, passed from this life on June 3, 2025 at UK Medical Center.
He was born on July 5, 1965 to the late Lee Roy Rose and Imogene Haynes Rose in California.
Willie was of the Baptist faith and was saved at a young age. When he was younger, he was in the Boy Scouts and was one medal from being an Eagle Scout. He had several hobbies over the years and enjoyed collecting coins and various items. A self-employed owner and operator of Willie’s Heating and Air for over 25 years, serving the Somerset, Kentucky area. He enjoyed hunting and camping with his faithful fur companion Zee. Willie volunteered helping build homes for disaster relief all over the United States.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother Ronnie Rose. He leaves behind to cherish his memory, daughter Amber Lee Rader (Matthew) of Somerset, Ky; one sister Diane Phelps of Bronston, Ky; two grandchildren: Cameron Rader and Addison Rader of Somerset, Ky; several nieces and two great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16, 2025 from 4 to 6pm in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 6pm with Bro. Rick Lawson officiating.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the William Everett Rose Memorial Fund. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for William Everett Rose.

I worked with you for close to 5 years willie. You was like a father to me. You tought me every thing I needed to know about hvac but not just about hvac but about life. You was a very honorable and hard working man willie and I will forever be grateful to have met you and experienced as much as I did with you. Love you buddy
