Just want the family to know that I have been thinking of your loved one for the past few weeks. She was truly one of God’s faithful servants. I have many good memories of us working together at Saline Christian Academy and as a sister-in-Christ. My prayers are with y’all and sorry I will not be able to make it to the services.
Sorry to hear of her passing. A very sweet lady and wife of my good friend, Pastor Noah Broughton.
Dear Bro. Noah, of course you have Fern’s and my HEART FELT and deepest sympathies. Like so many in KY, and all around the US and the world that know you and your family, and have been touched over the many years of ministry and faithful service you and Barbara have rendered to the Lord, we are praying for you, Friday’s service and the days that lie ahead. We love you. What a wonderful mate and HELP our good Lord gave you in the ministry. GLORY for Barbara! How wonderful to be done with this wicked world. What a blessing to have finished your race, and to have run it well, like your dear wife did. She was a blessing to so many; an example of what a Christian woman can be and an inspiration to us all. Fern and I will be holding your name up before God’s throne of grace in the days to come. I hope we’ll all be reunited with our loved ones soon. I treasure your friendship and fellowship. May you receive comfort from God’s word (1 Thess. 4:13-18).
Bella and I just found out. We’re so sorry and love your family. You all are in our thoughts and prayers. If there is anything we can do, it works be an honor to help.
Preacher B and family,
I can’t with words express my love and sympathy for all of you. As I look back down memory lane I sit and weep remembering the many years of the fellowship we had at camp. One of my highlights was making the trip, getting settled in and going to the kitchen to say hello to all who were there. Ms B always gave me a hug and welcomed me. She was a princess among all women, an exceptional child of God and my friend. I shall miss her greatly. I know that when the role is called up yonder she will be there. Just know that I love all of you dearly and you are in my prayers.
