Connie Bradley, age 79, of Nancy, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, December 29, 2024, at her home.
Connie was born on January 18, 1945, to the late William Johnston and Geraldine Saurine Garnish in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Connie was a member of the Lake Cumberland Church of the Nazarene. She had a “green thumb” and was an avid gardener and every plant flourished under her care. Her hobbies included shopping for antiques and feeding and watching her hummingbirds. The kids and grandchildren all looked forward to her fudge, cookies, salsa and perugens. Her deepest love was that of her family. She will be greatly missed by them and all who knew her.
Connie was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Andrew Blasky, a daughter, Barbara Ann Smith and a sister, Lonnie Schuler.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her husband, Billy Bradley; son David Blasky and wife Tonya; daughter Becky Bryant; daughter-in law Donna Williams and husband Dennis; bonus children Pat Bradley; Kerry Sylvester and husband I.G.; brother John Garnish and wife Teresa; sister Annie Schuler and husband Greg. Connie was Mee Mee to 14 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Lake Cumberland Church of the Nazarene on January 18th at 2:00 pm. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Connie Bradley.
Oh man my loving sister I can see you in the field of daisy s like you always told our sister Lonnie you would be .I will always remember your beautiful smile and your loving thoughts for peace and family.
We will miss you sweet friend! You were always fun loving, all the years we buggy’d or camped with you and Bill. Always loved shopping with you, or looking for heart shaped rocks by the creek. You were such a great friend, I will always cherish the memories💕
