Milford E. Beach, age 78, of Nancy, Kentucky, passed from this life on Saturday, November 9, 2024 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
Milford was born on March 25, 1946 to the late John Beach and Daisy Webster Beach in Warsaw, Kentucky.
He was of the Methodist faith. He enjoyed gardening, spending time outdoors, boating, fishing, visiting historical monuments and Red River Gorge. Most of all he cherished his family.
Milford was preceded in death by his wife, Joy Belle Beach of 46 years, his parents, John and Daisy Beach, his son, Phillip Beach, brothers: Buck Beach, Raymond Beach, Alan Beach, Marvin Beach and sister, Linda Sheppard.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory, his son, Scott Beach (Melissa) of Dry Ridge, Ky; daughter, Becky Rump of Jabez, Ky; stepdaughters: Melanie Monzon of OH and Jill Piersol (Tim) of OH; brothers: Albert Beach (Carol) of Corinth, Ky and Melvin Beach of Georgetown, Ky; sisters: Kathy Bailey (Randy), Shirley Devers (Tee), Virginia Jones (Ted), Dorothy Collins and Norma Jean Rayborn; his partner, Virginia Day, along with 6 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 14, 2024 from 12-2pm in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 2pm with Bro. Albert Beach officiating. Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Milford E. Beach.
