Rebecca Cantor, age 60 of Somerset, Kentucky, passed from this life on Monday, August 26, 2024 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland.

She was born on April 24, 1964 in Somerset, Kentucky, daughter of the late William and Jewell Shoopman Cantor. Rebecca was of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed watching UK Basketball with her best friend Woody, being outdoors and loved her stuffed animals. She always had a smile on her face. And loved by all that knew her. Most of all, she loved and cherished her family.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by her sisters, Elsie Glover (Johnny Singleton) of Somerset and Janice (Doug) Ducheney of Bronston; a special niece, Rebecca Adkins (William “Wee Wee”) and numerous other nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to her Memorial Fund C/O Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
