Christopher Tim Baker, age 48, of Burnside, Kentucky passed from this life on Tuesday, April 30, 2024 in Lexington, Kentucky.

Christopher was born on December 25, 1975 to Ronald Baker Sr. and Madeline Baker in Somerset, Kentucky.

He was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, helping others and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He was a certified Mercury Outboard Mechanic and a master logger.

Christopher was preceded in death by his mother, Madeline Baker. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his father, Ronald Baker Sr, sons: Dominic Baker (Stacie) of Science Hill, Ky; Brandon Baker (Sierra) of Hustonville, Ky; Christopher Baker Jr. of Burnside, Ky; daughter, Angela Green (Michael) of New Tazewell, TN; fiance’ Brenda Oller; brothers: Ronald Baker Jr., Dewayne  Baker (Julia) and Dewight Baker (Heather) all of Bronston, Ky; sister, Rhondaline Kennedy (Eric) of Science Hill, Ky; grandchildren: Shelby Baker, Timothy Baker, Bailee Baker, Raelynn Baker, Winona Baker, Nolan Green, HattieMae Green and ElsieKay Green; like a brother, Brian Terry; family friend, Dawn Brooks; along with a host of friends, family, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 6, 2024 from 11:30am to 2pm in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with a funeral service to begin at 2pm with Bro. Lawrence Blevins officiating. Burial will follow in Blue John Cemetery.
