Craig and Chad: Never had the pleasure of meeting you sons of Estill, but you can be proud of your father. Remember him from times on Wilder Branch. I was born in 1939, in Grandpa Elmer Huff’s house across the creek from where your grandparents had a family. He was a good’un!
I SURE LOVED MY DEAR COUSIN, ESTILL VERY VERY MUCH. HE SURE WAS A WONDERFUL MAN – A CHRISTIAN MAN, MAN OF HIS WORD, AND HAD SUCH A GREAT HUMOR. HE SURE LOVED ALL THE “LITTLES” IN HIS FAMILY AND ALL THE REST IN HIS FAMILY TOO. HE AND I HAD GREAT FAMILY PLANS FOR THIS SUMMER. BUT AS WE SEE, GOD HAS GREATER PLANS FOR OUR LOVED ONE. HE TOLD ME MANY MANY THINGS ABOUT OUR FAMILIES AND HOW HE REMEMBERED WHEN I WAS A BABY. HE ALWAYS LOVED MY AUNT CHRIS AND THE REST OF MY DAD’S FAMILY. ESTILL’S MEMORIES AND LEGACY LIVES ON IN ALL THE LIVES HE HAS TOUCHED. AND I PRAY THAT THE LORD WILL GIVE YOU ALL COMFORT AND PEACE THROUGH THESE PRECIOUS MEMORIES. AND MAY GOD CONTINUE TO GIVE YOU EACH STRENGTH AND COMFORT OF THIS GREAT LOSS. WE ALL KNOW THAT OUR ESTILL IS IN HEAVEN LIVING WITH WITH LORD AND ALL HIS HEAVENLY FAMILY AND FRIENDS THERE AND HAS A BRAND NEW BODY AND FREE OF ANY WORRIES OR PAIN THAT HE HAD. WE ALL KNOW THAT WE WILL SOMEDAY MEET HIM AGAIN AND BE WITH HIM WHEN WE GET TO THAT GREAT HEAVENLY HOME!! WITH MUCH LOVE, MANY PRAYERS, AND DEEPEST SYMPATHY: JO ANN (SELLARS) BURTON AND FAMILY

We were saddened to hear of Mr. Estill’s passing. He was definitely a gentleman and a kind person who wore a smile and had kind words to say and always took time to talk. We will miss seeing him greatly. Our prayers and love go out to the family. Perry, Amanda and Micah Cunningham🌹😘💞
Estill was a friend and a great church member at Ferguson Baptist Church. He told tails of his growing up that were true but hard to believe. He worked hard, served his country, loved his family, and served his savior. He will be missed by his family and his church family, but God always knows best and will take care of those Estill has left behind. O what a day that will be, when all of us believers see Estill again. My prayers are with Gail and all the family. May God bless!
I only knew him a short time but called his name out in prayer for the last many weeks. We spoke about the Lord and although I am saddened to see his obituary I have to know as a fellow believer in Christ that he is in a better place than any of us left on this earth.
