Kathy L. Stevens age 63, of Burnside, Kentucky passed from this life Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at her home.
Kathy was born May 23, 1957 to Ray Vaughn and Mary Sophia Jackson in London, Kentucky.
She loved to spend time at Myrtle Beach, ride motorcycles, but most of all cherished her family.
Kathy was preceded in death by her father, Ray Vaughn, son, Thomas Stevens IIII, daughter, Christal Montaigne, sister, Sharon Vaughn, grandchildren, Ashley Stevens, and Kassie Burke.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory her mother, Mary Sophia Jackson, husband of 39 years, Thomas (Buddy) Stevens, sons, Thomas Stevens 5th (Jamie) of Tateville, Shone Stevens (Ciarra) of Burnside, daughters, Gayelene Asher (Bryan) of Tateville, Melisha Phillips (Rocky Smith) of Tateville, Heather New, Bobbie Sue O’Connor (Cody), Brittany Burke, Oralia Stevens, brothers, Jerry Vaughn, Phillip Vaughn (Judy), sisters, Sandra Thomas (John), Marsha Carlton (Jimmy), Abigail Marlar (Randal), Mary Stevens (Rod), Melinda Carson, grandchildren, Patrick Stevens, Brandon Stevens, Josh Phillips, Destiny Stevens, Dakota Chriswell, Joanna Montaigne, Kinley Stevens, Ryker Stevens, and numerous great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday, June 1, 2020 from 5:00 to 9:00 P.M. in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral service will be held Tuesday, June 2, 2020 at 1:00 P.M. in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Perry Dobbs officiating.
Burial will be in the Burnside Cemetery.

I Love this woman with all my heart, I know she is happy now but I also know there’s many grieving. She was a beautiful angle on earth so I know will see her shine.
