Paul Webster Gunter age 80, of Lexington, Ky passed from this life Monday, April 27, 2020 at his home.
Paul was born January 27, 1940 to the late James Gunter and Bertha Moles Gunter in Sunbright, Tennessee.
He was of the Baptist faith, he like to sell junk, loved to mow, work on trucks, but most of all cherished his family.
Paul was preceded in death by his parents, James and Bertha Gunter; brothers, Freeman Gunter, Thomas Gunter, Junior Gunter, Grover Gunter, sister, Daisy McGinnis.
He is survived by his wife Carolyn Gunter, son, Johnny Gunter (Victoria) of Lexington, daughters, Susie Moore (Mike) of Carlisle, Ky, Donna Martin (Danny Hunt) of Lexington, sisters, Jimmy Christine Conner, Liza Woodrum, Inisa Rigney, Wilma Adams, thirteen grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A private funeral service will be held Friday, May 1, 2020 in the Chapel of the Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Curtis Coots officiating followed by a private burial in Elk Springs Cemetery. A drive through visitation will be held Friday at 12:00 Noon at Southern Oaks Funeral Home. In accordance with the COVID19 guidelines, we ask that you stay in your vehicle during the drive through visitation.
