Christopher Roy Parker, age 45, of Science Hill, Kentucky, passed from this life on Thursday, October 18, 2018 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born on August 14, 1973 in Cincinnati, Ohio, the son of Roy Parker and Tanya Torries.
Christopher liked going fishing and watching football. But most all he enjoyed being with his kids and grandbabies.
He is survived by his parents, Roy Parker of Independence, Kentucky and Tanya Riley of Middletown, Ohio; his lifelong companion and mother of his children, Mary Dufresne of Science Hill; two sons, Christopher (and Katt) Parker of Tampa, Florida and Khristopher Parker of Science Hill; five daughters, Ciara Parker of Covington, Kentucky, Kerstyn Parker, Kristyn Parker, Khristyna Parker and Khryssandra Parker, all of Science Hill; one sister, Jennifer (and Tommy) Pettyjohn of Independence, Kentucky. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
Visitation will begin at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 25, 2018 in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with funeral service to be held at 3:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
Southern Oaks Funeral Home is entrusted with the arrangements for Christopher Roy Parker.
Love you nephew. You will be missed. Gone too soon. Until we meet again.
Little cousin, it’s still so hard to believe that you have passed on. I know grandma, mom and aunt Brenda are looking after you now. Grandpa has buddy to cheer on the Reds with.
I will always cherish our childhood memories.
