Retha Wilson Gosser Hunt, age 98, of Indianapolis, Indiana, passed into eternal life on Monday, September 10, 2018, and is now resting comfortably in the arms of Jesus.

Retha began her journey on August 29, 1920, in Faubush, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Oliver Eventus and Alma Garner Wilson.

She was a member of Hope Baptist Church in Indianapolis, where she attended faithfully. She trusted in Jesus as her Savior at a young age. Retha loved gardening, sewing and helping anyone that she could.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband Boyce Gosser and her second husband Robert M. Hunt; sons Donald Bruce and Mark Anthony Gosser; granddaughters Hope and Heidi McMurtry; sisters Lela Davenport, Rella Jasper, Iris Wilson, Beatrice Wilson and a brother Eunice Harvey Wilson.

She is survived by daughters Barbara Gail Gosser McMurtry and Mona Leah Gosser Werling-Knight; a son Lloyd Nathan Gosser (and Jan); stepsons Larry Shelton (and Jill), Charles Hunt (and Kim), and Jack Hunt (and Dolores); seventeen grandchildren and twenty-eight great grandchildren; a sister; Uva Jean Wilson Roberts; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Graveside Service will be at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, September 14, 2018, at Mill Springs National Cemetery in Nancy, Kentucky.
