Ernest Timothy Ingram, age 61, of Somerset, passed from this life on Monday, March 19, 2018 at the Hospice of Lake Cumberland, Jean Waddle Care Center after an extended illness.
He was born on January 18, 1957 in Somerset, son of Cindy Margaret Garrett Ingram and the late Joe Ingram, Sr.
Ernest was a kind and gentle man who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. In his younger years he attended the Old Church of God of America along with his family. He will be sadly missed by those who knew and loved him.
He is preceded in death by his father; Joe Ingram, Sr., a Sister; Deloris “Lois Ann” Ingram and his Maternal and Paternal Grandparents.
Ernest is survived by his Mother; Cindy Margaret Garrett Ingram of Somerset, Brothers; Joe Ingram, Jr., Anthony Ingram, and Rector Blaine Ingram all of Somerset, Sisters; Wanda Ingram of New Jersey, Brenda Ingram and Bridgett Cowan of Somerset, Three Nephews; George Cowan, Jr. Ron Christopher Cowan of Monticello and Isiah Cowan of Lexington, as well as a host of other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 22, 2018 in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home. The Funeral Services will be at 1:00 p.m in the Funeral Home Chapel with Bishop Eric Barnes officiating. Interment will be in the Southern Oaks Cemetery.
In lieu of Flowers, contributions may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, Tennessee.
