Mr. George Maples, age 78, passed from this life on Monday, October 2, 2017 at the Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, Kentucky.
There will be a memorial service for Mr. Maples at a later date.

My dad George O Maples was a very good father to his siblings in Rockford IL he all ways got every thing for use kids at Christmas time and are brithdays that we hade there where good times with him and he love use very much some times he drink a lot with mom to moring time he yell at mom a lot but then he change back to a christen man who change from drink when he meet his wife in summerset KY his wife in KY change my dad to open his heart watch made him a better man god bless her when I went down to summerset and vist my dad he look very healthily at the time then he told me he hade eye leaser surgery done and he recover from that then I lost contact with him for 9 years I well never for get the love in my heart that I had with him love from his kids in Rockford IL
