Jimmiedean Curriden, age 71, of London, passed from this life on Sunday, September 18, 2016, at the University of Kentucky Medical Center, in Lexington.
Jimmiedean was born on March 13, 1945, in Salem, New Jersey, daughter of the late Don and June Holt Dawson. She served as a missionary in Eastern Kentucky and in Germany. She enjoyed writing poetry and working with youth. Jimmiedean was a member of Saline Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Herb; her three sons, Mark Curriden, of Dallas, Texas, Doug Curriden, of Lexington, and Jason Curriden, of Lexington; her sister, Donna Harris, of North Carolina; and one granddaughter, Darby Curriden.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, September 24, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., at Saline Baptist Church, with Bro. Noah Broughton officiating. Burial will be in Saline Cemetery.
