Ceseli Dionna Fields was only 26 years old when God called her home on February 8, 2016.

Ceseli was born on December 18, 1989, in Somerset. She was the daughter of Robert “Bobby” and Sheila Fields, of Somerset. Ceseli was close to achieving her Degree in Occupational Therapy, specializing in working with Autistic children. She loved music and cartoons, and was very artsy; she loved to draw. She loved being around her friends and family, and loved working with children with special needs. Ceseli was of the Baptist faith.

She is survived by her parents; her “birth mother” Alysia Beckham, of Wilmington, Delaware; her fiancé, Tyler Burton, of Somerset; her brothers, Deavin Fields and Landon Fields, both of Somerset; her sisters, Ashley Spaw and Heather Smittle, originally of Somerset; her maternal grandparents, Lucy and John Beckham, of Germantown, Tennessee; her paternal grandparents, Bob and Gail Fields, of Cold Spring; her “other grandparents”, Roy Gerald Hamm, of Somerset, and Diane Hamm, of Somerset; her special friends, Veronica Denton, Katie Hisle, Christine Gillespie and Junior Kent; her aunt, Shae Craig, of Somerset, and Aunt Jeannie and Uncle Lloyd Sexton, of Covington; her uncle, John Beckham, III, of Tennessee; her nephew, Jude Carson Fields and his mother, Blake Roberts, of Monticello; and a host of cousins, nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Thursday, February 11, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., in Southern Oaks Funeral Home Chapel.

The funeral service will follow the visitation, at 2:00 p.m., in the funeral home chapel, with Bro. Eric Barnes officiating. A private graveside service will be held in the Waddle Cemetery.
