Peggy Jean Baker, age 64, of Somerset, passed away on Tuesday, September 29, 2015, at the Jean Waddle Hospice Care Center.

Peggy was born on November 4, 1950, in Somerset, to the late Clinton and Irene Lay Kinley.           She worked over 20 years for Oakwood, in Somerset.

Peggy was a member of the Heritage Hope Church of God, in Somerset.           She enjoyed quilting and sewing and being around her family.

She is survived by her brother, Clinton (and Amy) Kinley, of Somerset; her sisters, Linda (and Ronnie) Sullivan, Darlene Marcum, Becky (and Steve) Troxell and Tina Dye, all of Somerset; and many nieces, nephews and friends that loved her.

Peggy is preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Pauline Creamens.

Visitation will be on Friday, October 2, 2015, after 6:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.

Her funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3, 2015, at 1:00 p.m., in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home, with Bro. Johnny Dunbar officiating.

Burial will be in the Southern Oaks Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations made to Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
