Bobby Kenneth Crigger, age 76 of Perryville, KY., formerly of Hardy, KY., passed away on Tuesday September 29, 2015 at his residence.
He was born on December 12, 1938 in McAndrews, KY., to the late Orison and Edna Ball Crigger.
He was a member of Victory Fellowship Church of Harrodsburg, KY. He was a former yard conductor for Norfolk Southern Railroad. He was an avid hunter and outdoorsman. He was rated an expert Marksman in the Marine Core and enjoyed gardening and trading guns and knives.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, Orison and Edna Crigger, three brothers, William Darrell Crigger, Donald Ray Crigger, and Robert Eugene Crigger, and one sister, Irene Ruth.
He is survived by his wife, Bonnie Crigger, two sons, Ken (and Melissa) Crigger of Danville, KY.; and Richard (and Shelli) Crigger of Somerset, KY; one brother, Arthur Lee Crigger, two sisters, Sue (and Allen) Henry and Mary Lou (and Ron), five grandchildren, Kendra Walls, Larissa Crigger, Cory Crigger, Tasha Harrison, and Nathan Crigger, three great-grandchildren, Macie Whitaker, Makenna Walls, and Brixson Walls, one sister-in-law, Elaine Crigger, three special cousins, Iren Freeman, Connie Sanders, and Ruth Vernatter, and a host of special friends and family.
Visitation will be held on Friday October 2, 2015 after 6pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday October 3, 2015 at 1:30pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Ernest Fields Jr. officiating.
Full Military Honors provided by the American Legion Post #38 Honor Guard. Burial will follow in Southern Oaks Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to WDFB Radio, Heritage Hope Church of God, and Victory Fellowship of Harrodsburg, KY.
