Irvin Love age 69 of Somerset, KY passed away on Sunday April 5, 2015 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born on October 20, 1945 in Burnside, KY to the late Earl and Jewel Vincent Love. Irvin was of the Baptist faith.
He was an Insurance Agent for New York Life and enjoyed watching Nascar, was an avid sports fan and loved UK Basketball and enjoyed having projects to do. Irvin especially loved his two dogs, Ray-J and Zak.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Jewel Love and one son, Ryan Love.
He is survived by his wife, Joan Harlow Love; one son, Aaron (and Sarah) Love of Lancaster, KY; one daughter, Tiffany (and Otho) Tate of Lancaster, KY; three stepchildren, Monica Denney of Somerset, KY, Kristen (and Todd) Hardin of Somerset, KY and Eric (and Joy) Litteral of Harrdsburg, KY; grandchildren, Abigail, Bri, Julianna, Aaliyah, Trent, Treavor, Kaitlyn, Jessica, Emily, Allen, Dakota, Nick, Erica, Felicity, William and Abryella and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday April 8, 2015 after 5pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday April 9, 2015 at 1:30 PM at the Cornerstone Assembly of God Church in Danville, KY with visitation beginning at 11 AM at the church.
Burial will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery in Harrodsburg, KY.
