Daniel Heath age 61 of Burnside, KY passed away on Wednesday March 11, 2015 at his residence.
He was born on December 15, 1953 in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Martha Ellison Heath and the late Theodore Heath Jr.
Daniel enjoyed painting cars and spending time on the lake.
He was preceded in death by his father, Theodore Heath Jr.; His grandparents, George and Mary Ellison and Theodore Sr. and Audrey Heath.
He is survived by his mother, Martha Heath of Somerset, KY; one son, Derrick Heath of Fort Wayne, Indiana and one daughter, Dawn Marie Heath of Fort Wayne, Indiana; one brother, Mark Heath of Somerset, KY; two sisters, Linda Hunt of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Rose Kimbrell of Alaska. Also survived by four grandchildren and his girlfriend, Deborah Mounce of Burnside, KY.
At his request there will be no funeral service.
