Ashokbhai “Andy” P. Patel age 39 of Somerset, KY passed away on Friday February 6, 2015 at Nortons Hospital in Louisville, Ky.
He was born on July 10, 1973 in India to Prahladbhai Patel and Manjulaben Patel.
He is survived by his wife, Alka P. Patel.
Visitation will be held on Sunday February 8, 2015 from 12pm until 2pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
A funeral ceremony will be held on Sunday February 8, 2015 at 4pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
