Dale Edward Perkins age 50 of Nancy, Ky. passed away on Saturday January 17, 2015 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born on January 9, 1965 in Ohio to Joyce Dean Jung and the late Edward Perkins.
He is preceded in death by his father, Edward Perkins and his grandmother Hattie VanHoosier.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Cox Perkins of Nancy, Ky. and his mother, Joyce Dean Jung of Fairfield, Ohio.
Visitation was held on Tuesday January 20, 2015 at 5pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
