Leah Michele Collins Mosier age 41 of Walton, Ky. and formerly of Somerset, Ky. passed away on Friday December 19, 2014 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
She was born on February 26, 1973 in Somerset, Ky. to the late Roger and Wilma Bradley Collins.
Leah was a member of the Bethany Lutheran Church in Florence, Ky. She enjoyed scrapbooking, photography, cross stitching and loved animals.
She was a Somerset High School football cheering fan for her sons Jordan, Justin and Jonathan and a UK Football fan for her son Cole Mosier. Leah was a graduate of Pulaski Co. High School Class of 1991.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Wilma Collins.
She is survived by her husband, Jeff Mosier of Walton, Ky. Four sons, Jordan Perdue of Somerset, Ky; Justin (and Stephanie) Perdue of Somerset, Ky; Jonathan Perdue of Somerset, Ky. and Cole Mosier of Walton, Ky. One daughter, Kelsey Mosier of Walton, Ky. and one sister, Heather (and Mitchell) Morrow of Somerset, Ky.
A visitation will be held on Tuesday December 23, 2014 after 12pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held on Tuesday December 23, 2014 at 2pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
Southern Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
