Danny Lee Johnson, age 61, of Revelo, KY., passed away on Wednesday November 26, 2014 at Hospice of Lake Cumberland Jean Waddle Care Center.
He was born on November 30, 1952 in Cincinnati, OH to Bertha Phillips and the late Harvey Johnson Jr. Danny attended Redemption Way Church in Stearns, KY and loved to fish, hunt, and working.
He is preceded in death by his father, Harvey Johnson Jr., his stepfather, Lloyd Phillips, one stepson, Barry Wright, and two brothers, Charles Phillips and Gregory Phillips.
He is survived by his wife, Kathy Johnson, two daughters, Lori Johnson of Melbourne, FL. and Christy Johnson of Marion, IN., one stepdaughter, Elaine Wright of Stearns, KY., one brother, Jeff (Angela) Phillips of Monticello, KY., three sisters, Deborah (Thurman) Wallace of Burnside, KY., Sandra Mink of Somerset, KY., and Jennifer (Jeff) Brashears of Somerset, KY., one grandchild, Nathan Ikerd, three step-grandchildren, Jamie Wright, Dylan Wright, and Samantha Wright Goings, and two step great-grandchildren, Natalie Grace Goings and Jacob Goings.
Celebration of Life Ceremony will be held on Monday December 1, 2014 at 4pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
