Richard Matthew Simmons of Somerset passed away on June 4th, 2014 at the Jean Waddle Care Center, Hospice of Lake Cumberland.
Richard was 80 years old.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Gloria; daughters Cindy (and Chris) Sadler and Pamela (and Sean) Dixon; grandchildren Richard (and Amanda) Watkins, Brandon (and Kerri) Brooks, Allison (and Greg) Witt, Jordan Lewis, Ashlee Lewis, Alexa Messamore, Kellen Messamore and Allison Sadler.
Richard was also blessed with 13 great-grandchildren.
Private arrangments were requested by the family.
