Emma Lucille Stigall age 81, of Bronston passed away on Tuesday May 27, 2014 at her residence.
Mrs. Stigall was born on September 10, 1932 to the late John Walter and Lou Ellen Nicholas Troxtell.
Emma loved her kids, grandkids, and her family. She also loved her cats and bird “Earl”. She faithfully watched WLJC and was of the Baptist faith.
Mrs. Stigall leaves behind to cherish her memory, sons, Ernest Stigall of Somerset, Raymond (Sharon) Stigall of Monticello, Darrell (Michelle) Stigall of Winfield, Tennessee, Jeff (Rita) Colyer of Somerset, Billy (Susan) Stigall of Somerset, Scotty (Lisa) Stigall of Keno, and Michael (Kim) Stigall of Bronston; daughters, Phyllis Turner, Bonnie Hart of Tennessee, Tammy Denney of Bronston, Lisa Colyer of Bronston, Donna Morrow of Burnside; brother, Hulen Troxtel of Bronston; sister, Rosie (Larry) Hodge of Kings Mountain; longtime companion, Harold Colyer; Numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
She is preceded in death by her parents; Husband, Raymond Worth Stigall; brother, Lathen Troxtell and six infant brothers.
Visitation for Mrs. Stigall will be Thursday May 29, 2014 at 6 P.M. in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be conducted Friday May 30, 2014 at noon with Bro. Perry Dobbs officiating.
Interment will follow in the Quinton Cemetery.
Her grandsons, Brett Stigall, William McGowan, Zachary Morrow, Tyler Colyer, B.J. Stigall and Justin Stigall will be serving as active pallbearers.
