Herman Harris Jr., age 56 of Somerset, Ky. and formerly of Pikeville, Ky. passed away on Saturday April 5, 2014 at his home.
He was born on April 7, 1957 in Pikeville, Ky. to the late Herman and Eulavene Adkins Harris.
He is preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Ricky Harris.
He is survived by one son, Austin Harris of Somerset, Ky. One daughter, April Mollet of Somerset, Ky. One brother, Michael Newsome of Rutherfordton, N.C. and one sister, Debra Daniels of Betsy Layne, Ky. Also suriving are three grandchildren, Cailey Brown, Hayden Plymale, Marley Harris and his ex-wife, Lisa Brown.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday April 12, 2014 at 4pm at Full Gospel Christian Fellowship Ministries in Owsley, Ky. with Bro. Keith Collins officiating.
Southern Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
