Frank D. Mullins, 71, peacefully left this world Sunday, January 26, 2014 at his home in Burnside, KY following a long illness.
He is survived by his dedicated wife, Nora Mullins; mother, Dora Mullins Carpenter; brother, John Mullins; sister, Betty Monds; sons, Duke Mullins, Brad Mullins, Wendell Mullins and Ronnie Mullins; stepdaughters, Tracey Kidwell and Mary Florence; Grandchildren, Nieces, Nephews and countless of other beloved family and friends.
He is preceded in death by his father Ollie Brown Mullins and three brothers, Wendell Mullins, Richard Mullins and James “O.J.” Mullins, whom he missed dearly.
His family and friends are encouraged to smile though your hearts are aching, to remember that he loved you deeply and knew that you loved him and to let his passing be the beginning of a decision to love greatly, without remorse and to know that it will be worth it.
