Danny T. Patterson, age 59 of Somerset, KY passed away on Thursday January 9, 2014.
He was born on May 14, 1954 in Lexington, KY to the late Hubert Sr. and Ada Marie Johnson Gilmore.
Danny was a self-employed mechanic and enjoyed fishing.
He is preceded in death by his parents. One son, Danny T. Patterson Jr. Two brothers, Lawrence Patterson and Johnny Gilmore.
He is survived by one daughter, Sarah (Timothy Jr.) Lynch of Monticello, KY. Three brothers, Hubert Gilmore of Somerset, KY, Fred (Marsha) Gilmore of Somerset, KY and George “Buddy Gilmore” (Kristie) Johnson of Somerset, KY. Three sisters, Patricia “Lucille” (James) Hay of Somerset, KY, Rose (Donald) Slaughter of Somerset, KY and Minnie Peyton of Knoxville, TN. One grandson, Timothy Lynch III. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Saturday January 11, 2014 after 6pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Sunday January 12, 2014 at 1:30 pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. James Bartleston officiating.
Burial will follow in the Southern Oaks Cemetery.
