Otis Hatfield, age 69 of Burnside, KY passed away Wednesday October 23, 2013 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born on March 29, 1944 in Fonda, KY to the late Thomas Robert and Sidney Johnson Hatfield.
He is survived by his wife, Rosanna Carlotta Hatfield of Burnside, KY.
A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
