Noel Dugger Age 74 of Somerset, Ky. passed away Tuesday September 24, 2013 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
He was born on July 18, 1939 in Quinton, Ky. to the late William Elmer and Hattie Neely Dugger.
He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church and retired from Palm Beach. Noel enjoyed football, fishing and watching car races.
He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Betty Gail Albright Dugger whom he married on December 23, 1979 in Woodstock, Ky. Also preceded in death by two brothers, Eugene Dugger and Carroll Dugger.
He is survived by one daughter, April Melissa “Missy” Kirkland of Johnston, S.C. Four sisters, Mary Sue (Dewey) Meadors of Ferguson, Ky., Wanda Faye (Howard) Hunt of Ferguson, Ky., Betty Taylor of Somerset, Ky. and Janet “Cookie” (Roger) Whittenberg of Somerset, Ky. Two grandhildren, April Polatty and Dakota Buck. One great-grandchild, Dakota Polatty. Also survived by a host of nieces and nephews who mourn his passing.
Visitation will be held Tuesday October 1, 2013 from 4pm-6pm in the Remembrance Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Tuesday October 1, 2013 at 6pm in the Remembrance Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Ulanda Price officiating.
Intement will be in the Woodstock Cemetery.
