Opal Morrow, age 84, of Bronston, passed away on Wednesday December 5, 2012 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital. She was born in Wayne County on September 6, 1928 to the late Bro. Alonzo and Pearlie Troxtell Mitchell. Mrs. Morrow was a charter member of the Old Fashion Faith Baptist Church. She loved her church, visiting with people, and spending time with her family.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory, sons, Richard Morrow of Bronston and Russell (Mary) Morrow of Bronston; daughters, Eueatta (Ed) Phelps, Charline (Tony) Hall of Bronston, and Judy (Donny) Polston of Slate Branch; sister, Brenda (Bro. Harold) Taylor of Somerset; brother, Bret (Darla) Mitchell of Ohio; 17 Grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Arnold Morrow; her parents; son, Harold Lee Morrow; daughters, Mattie Williams, Mary Morrow, Bernice Shelton; sisters, Pauline Casada, Margaret Tucker, and Libb Tucker; she is also preceded in death by eight infant brothers and sisters.

Visiationr for Mrs. Morrow will be Friday December 7, 2012 at 5 P.M. in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday December 8, 2012 at 1 P.M. with Bro. Michael Hammonds, Bro. Harold Taylor, and Bro. Monty Phillips; Interment will follow in Morrow Cemetery.
