Madison Hampton Kelley (Hamp), age 76, of Somerset, KY, previously of Dunlap, TN, passed away on Friday, June 2, 2017 at Central Baptist Cancer Center in Lexington Kentucky.

He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Hazel Kelley, his younger sister, Sarah Kelley, his half-brothers, Kenneth Dagley, Joe Kelley and Jack Kelley. He is survived by his two daughters and their spouses; Shannan and Robert Lentz of Edwards, Colorado, Melissa and David Speed of Amelia, Ohio, four grandchildren; Gretchen Lentz, Patrick Lentz, Ellie Speed and Owen Speed, and his sister, Edith Cooper of Somerset, KY along with numerous nieces and nephews and many close friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, July 20, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Southern Oaks Funeral Home and all are asked to wear something green.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to FAAN (Food Allergy & Anaphylaxis Network.), CHADD (Children with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) or the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Kentucky and Southern Indiana.  Southern Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
