Sandra Michelle Duncan, age 34, of Somerset, passed from this life on Saturday, December 31, 2016.

She is survived by her son, Izayah Duncan, of Eubank; her daughter, Adrianna “Annie” Duncan, of Eubank; Patrick Duncan, of Eubank, who was like a son; her siblings, Forrest, Jessica and Steven; and her father and mother-in-law, Charles and Madeline Duncan, of Eubank.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Eli and Stacy Huff Wells; and her husband, Jason Duncan.

Visitation will be Wednesday, January 4, 2016, after 3:00 p.m., in Southern Oaks Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 4, 2016, at 4:00 p.m., in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Darvie Fenison officiating.
