Dianna Popplewell, age 50, of Russell Springs, passed from this life on Saturday, September 17, 2016, at the Russell County Hospital
Dianna was born on February 19, 1966, in Russell Springs, daughter of Huston Gosser and Marybelle McQueary Gosser Flanagan. She was a homemaker and a member of the Bernard Ridge Church of God.
She is survived by her mother, Marybelle Gosser Flanagan, of Russell Springs; her son, Chris Popplewell, of Russell Springs; her daughter, Heather Gregory, of Russell Springs; her brothers, Roger Gosser, of Savannah, Texas, Gary Gosser, of Russell Springs, and Dwight Gosser, of Russell Springs; her sister, Phyllis Corrone, of Liberty; and her two grandchildren, Bryson and Courtney.
Preceding Dianna in death is her father, Huston Gosser; her husband, Ted Popplewell; and her brothers, Doug Gosser and Don Gosser.
Visitation will be Friday, September 23, 2016, at 11:00 a.m., CST, at the Bernard Ridge Church of God, in Russell Springs.
Funeral services will follow the visitation, on Friday, at the church, with Bro. Lindsey Cornett officiating. Interment will be in the Lucinda Cemetery.

May these words provide you hope and comfort during this your time of sadness. 1 Corinthians 15:21,22, “For since death came through a man, resurrection of the dead also comes through a man. For just as in Adam all are dying, so also in the Christ all will be made alive.” Jesus said of himself that he was the resurrection and the life at John 11:25. May God sustain you all during this time as well.
