Jerry West age 50 of Eubank, KY passed away on Tuesday May 5, 2015.
He was born on January 9, 1965 in Indianapolis, Indiana to Robert Lee West and Zelma Pearl Carrender Cook.
Jerry was a Veteran of the United States Army and was employed by Walmart Distribution Center. He enjoyed playing pool, watching UK games, four wheeling, motorcycles, roller skating, the outdoors, hiking and working out at the gym.
He is survived by his father, Robert Lee West of Somerset, KY; mother and step-father, Zelma and Luther Cook of Somerset, KY; two daughters, Jerica West (Chris Whited) of Danville, KY and Ciarra Williams of Eubank, KY; his fiance, Tina Williams of Eubank, KY; five brothers, Robert D. West, David L. West, Michael L. West (Lora Hixson), Roger D. (Debbie) West and Tim L. Cook all of Somerset, KY; two sisters, Linda K. West of Somerset, KY and Tammy A. (Pete) Belitsos of Raleigh, NC; three grandchildren, Trace Nanik, Hunter Nanik and Zayne Whited.
Visitation will be held on Friday May 8, 2015 after 6pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks
Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held on Saturday May 9, 2015 at 11am in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Carson Atwood and Bro. Bently Hogan officiating.
Burial will be in the Carrender-Tuttle Cemetery.
Southern Oaks Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
