Randall “Randy” New, age 66, of Somerset, KY., passed away Saturday April 11, 2015 at UK Hospital.
He was born on December 19, 1948 in McCreary County, KY., to the late Earl New and Bobbie Sims New.
He was of Baptist Faith and enjoyed bowling, traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with family.
Randall was preceded in death by his Father, Earl New.
He is survived by his wife; Debbie New, of whom he married on March 30, 1990 in Somerset, KY., his Mother; Bobbie New of Sharonville, OH., two sons; Jarrod New and Adam New, both of Somerset, KY., one daughter; Amy (and Jason) Bland of Nancy, KY., one brother; Gerald (and Neda) of Ohio., three sisters; Donna (and Joe) Perry of Ohio, Debbie (and Denny) Peter of Ohio, and Shari (and Tom) Daugenbach of Ohio. He is also survived by five grandchildren; Jackson New, Callie New, Kinsley New, Jody Bland, and Taylor Bland.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday April 14, 2015 after 6pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home.
Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday April 15, 2015 at 2pm in the Chapel of Southern Oaks Funeral Home with Bro. Brent Piatt officiating.
Pall Bearers will include; Jason Cain, Jason Bland, Andrew Robbins, Terry Stringer, Jordan Morris, and Roger Burton.
Burial will follow in Southern Oaks Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Randall New Memorial Fund in C/O Southern Oaks Funeral Home 2110 West Hwy 914 Somerset, KY 42503.
